Vision X “Lights it Up” Again
with its New 5” 4500 Series HID Off Road Lights
Algona, WA – Hot off the production line the new 4500 series
is snuffing out the competition left, right and center with
the most versatile and innovative HID light to ever hit the
Off Road Market. The 4500 series still includes all of the
Vision X standards; Knurled Aiming Knobs, Die Cast Aluminum
Housing, Borosilicate Hardened Glass Lens and Internal
Ballast and Starter for a simple 2 wire hook up.
The new innovations are mostly in the internal electronics
that power the 4500 series. First, Vision X has developed a
35 watt ballast that only draws 5 amps at start up (compared
to almost 10 amps in previous models and competitors lights)
and settles down 3 amps within 15 seconds. What does this
mean for the consumer, less low voltage flickering and
quicker startups. Secondly, Vision X has engineered a
variable voltage ballast that can accept 9-32 Volts DC
without changing anything on the light itself. As industry
has been looking to engineering feats of the off road
racing, more and more companies are using the lighting that
is made to take a beating in their commercial applications.
This new development from Vision X will allow its lights to
be used anywhere from Ensenada to a pit mine is South Africa
without specifying 12 or 24 volt electronics. One model for
any voltage in its range. New in optics is a Precision “MSR”
Multi Surface Reflector for the Euro Beam Pattern which is
30% more efficient that a standard fluted lens. Throw in the
5” compact design with only a 2.5” mounting depth needed and
you have the “King Rooster” of the sand box we all play in.
The all New 4500 series is available in a black housing, 35
Watt HID, in spot or euro beam patterns and is in stock at a
